Snack à la bruschetta

Composition
  • 3 tablespoons of Bruschetta Trio Perla Pełna Dobra
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • a few basil leaves,
  • 4 slices of good quality sourdough bread.
Preparing

Grill or fry the bread slices in a pan, adding a little olive oil. Heat them for 1-2 minutes at a time until golden and properly crispy. Cut each crouton in half and rub with a sliced garlic clove. For an intense flavor, you can press the garlic through a press and spread them on top. Place tomato paste on top of each crouton and decorate them with basil leaves.
