Pink hummus toast

Composition
  • 4 slices of your favorite bread,
  • 1 ripe avocado,
  • a package of Full of Goodness hummus with beef,
  • a few drops of lemon juice,
  • a tablespoon of olive oil,
  • salt and pepper,
  • optionally: chili flakes, favorite sprouts.
Preparing

Peel the avocado, cut it in half, remove the seed and slice each half. In a pan, heat the oil, fry the bread in it.  Spread hummus with beet on the fried bread, then top with avocado slices. Season the whole thing with a few drops of lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Optionally, add some chili flakes and/or your favorite green sprouts on top.
