Composition
- 4 slices of your favorite bread,
- 1 ripe avocado,
- a package of Full of Goodness hummus with beef,
- a few drops of lemon juice,
- a tablespoon of olive oil,
- salt and pepper,
- optionally: chili flakes, favorite sprouts.
Preparing
Peel the avocado, cut it in half, remove the seed and slice each half. In a pan, heat the oil, fry the bread in it. Spread hummus with beet on the fried bread, then top with avocado slices. Season the whole thing with a few drops of lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Optionally, add some chili flakes and/or your favorite green sprouts on top.
