Composition
1 package of hummus with pepper
1 package of hummus with parsley pesto
3 large carrots
2 red bell peppers
2 yellow bell peppers
150g of cherry tomatoes
2 large cucumbers
a package of crackers
a package of grissini sticks
optionally: fresh bread
Preparing
Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Clean the bell peppers from their nests, and peel the cucumbers and carrots. Cut the drained vegetables – carrots into sticks, cucumber into slices, and peppers into quarters. Place hummus in bowls or leave it in its original packaging.Place hummus, chopped vegetables, cherry tomatoes and salty snacks on a large board or plate. Optionally, add a few pieces of fresh bread as well.
