1 small garlic clove

1 tablespoon capers

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or chopped parsley leaves

pinch of black pepper

1 anchovy fillet (optional)

GREEN OLIVE TAPENADE WITH GARLIC AND HERBS PERLA PEŁNA DOBRA

1 pack of green olives PERLA PEŁNA DOBRA

1 small garlic clove

1 tablespoon capers

1 tablespoon lemon juice

4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or chopped parsley leaves

Preparing

PREPARATION

Slice the baguette crosswise, drizzle it with olive oil on both sides and gently brown it in a dry heated pan.

Place all the ingredients (except garlic) in a bowl and blend together. Add the previously pressed garlic. Mix or blend thoroughly and spread on the browned slices.
